    • What is Red Royalty?

      Red Royalty is Red Rooster’s exciting new loyalty program! It rewards and recognises our regular customers with special offers as well as Red Royalty Points to spend at Red Rooster.

    • Is Red Royalty available at your restaurant?

      The Red Royalty program is unavailable at the following restaurant locations:

      NSW – Charlestown, Gosford West, North Belmont, Sydney Domestic A/P T2, Sydney Domestic A/P T3, Port Central, Newcastle Airport.
      QLD – Brisbane International Airport, Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane Domestic Airport, Grand Central, Mt Pleasant, Gold Coast Airport, Dairy Farmers Stadium.
      VIC – MCG, Southern Cross 1, Southern Cross 2, MCG II.
      WA – Perth Royal Show, Perth Domestic Airport.

    • How do I become a Red Royalty member?

      It’s easy, all you need to do is sign up!

      You can sign up at the registration page on our website HERE, or by downloading the Red Royalty app and entering your details.  You can also give your mobile number to a cashier in store to receive a registration SMS!  Just click the link in the SMS and follow the prompts to sign up.

      Congratulations!  You have registered an online account, and a digital card number has been generated for you.  Now you’ll need to activate it.  Check your inbox for the activation email we’ll send you once you’ve registered.  Click the link in this email to activate your account.

      You can collect Red Royalty Dollars on an account that hasn’t been activated, and even on an unregistered card.  But you can’t get vouchers or use your points on an account that hasn’t been activated, so don’t forget to activate!

    • How do I use my Red Royalty Account?

      There are lots of ways you can use your Red Royalty account.

      To use your account in store, just download the app and sign in.  The app will have a barcode you can scan in store to receive Red Royalty dollars, or redeem your dollars and vouchers.

      If you don’t want to use the app, you can always pick up a Red Royalty card in store and add it to your account (check out below for how to do this).  Like the app, the card has a barcode you can scan to receive and redeem Red Royalty dollars and vouchers.

      You can also let the cashier know your mobile number, this will have the same effect as scanning your app or card in store.

      When making a delivery order, just sign into your Red Royalty account on the delivery website to receive and redeem Red Royalty Dollars.<<h3>
      <<h3=”replacing”>.I’ve got a card, how do i add it to my account?> If you have visited a Red Rooster restaurant and received a physical card then please follow these steps below:

      1. Simply visit redrooster.com.au/redroyalty
      2. Login to your account
      3. Go to the “ADD CARD” tab
      4. Enter the Card Number and Access Code
      5. Tap “Submit” button

      Your card will now be added to your account and any Red Royalty Dollars on it will be transferred to your account. You can add as many physical cards to your account as you like. You can then continue to use the physical cards in restaurant and any Red Royalty dollars earned will be added to your account. Your card number for the online portal will remain as the digital card number and will not change to the card number you have added.

    • I gave my mobile number at a store and received a registration sms, what do I do next?

      If you have visited a Red Rooster restaurant and the crew asked for your mobile number, you will receive a registration SMS. To create your Red Royalty account please follow the below steps:

      1. Tap the link in the SMS
      2. Enter your details and accept the terms and conditions (your mobile number will have pre-populated and cannot be changed)
      3. Tap the “Register” button
      4. Open the activation email and click the “Verify Now” button
      5. Login to your account at redroyalty.com.au

      You have now created an online account and a digital card number has been assigned to your account. If you have a physical card and would like to add it to your account, then please follow the instructions above in the I’ve got a card, how do i add it to my account? section.

      If you don’t have a physical card, then you can download the iPhone or Android application from the app stores. Login to the mobile app and your digital card will be present in the app. You can now scan the mobile app every time you purchase at Red Rooster.

      Alternatively, you can simply tell the crew your mobile phone number when you purchase anything from a Red Rooster Restaurant. The Red Royalty dollars earned will be added to your account.

    • When do I receive the $5 Welcome Voucher?

      As soon as you activate your account your $5 welcome voucher is automatically loaded onto your account. To see the voucher simply log in to your account at www.redroyalty.com.au and go to the Balance/rewards tab, or check out the “Vouchers” section of the mobile app.

    • Where can I get a Red Royalty Card?

      The only place you can get a Red Royalty Card is at a Red Rooster store. Just ask for one at the front counter when you visit any of our participating Red Rooster stores.

    • I don't have a mobile phone or email. Can I still become a verified Red Royalty member?

      To join the Red Royalty programme you must provide your email address and phone number as part of the registration and activation process. Each Red Royalty account must have a unique email address and phone number attached to it, so you cannot share one email address or phone number over several accounts.

      If you don’t have an email address then you cannot join Red Royalty but you can easily get one at www.gmail.com.

      If you don’t have a mobile phone number then you can use your landline number, just add the 2-digit area code at the beginning.  If you do not have a unique phone number then you will be unable to join Red Royalty.

    • Can I use Red Royalty in conjunction with other offers and discounts?

      Red Royalty is an exclusive system for discounts, so it cannot be used at the same time as other offers and discounts.

      For example, if a customer uses the senior’s discount on a purchase, they cannot also use Red Royalty points and vouchers, or receive Red Royalty points, on the same purchase.

      Customers are welcome to use other offers and discounts while they have a Red Royalty account, they simply cannot be used on the same purchase.

    • What are Red Royalty Dollars?

      Red Royalty Dollars are the currency of the Red Royalty program and can be spent at any participating Red Rooster restaurant when you have a balance greater than $0.05. Red Royalty Dollars have the same value as normal dollars, so 1 Red Royalty dollar = $1AUD in product value. Red Royalty dollars can not be exchanged for cash.

      You will earn 1 Red Royalty dollar for every $15 you spend in store. You can earn Red Royalty Dollars on every purchase you make – including food, drinks, and even promotional items. It won’t be long until you can start redeeming for free Red Rooster!

      Every time you make a purchase at Red Rooster, you can either have your physical card/app scanned or tell the crew member your registered mobile phone number to earn Red Royalty Dollars.  Remember to do this before you pay for your purchase, as dollars cannot be added once a purchase has been paid for.

    • How can customers redeem their Red Royalty Dollars?

      To start redeeming your points, members must:

      1. Successfully register and verify their account
      2. Accumulate a minimum of $0.05 in rewards (minimum redemption amount is $0.05)

      Once these two prerequisites are met, simply scan your physical card/app or tell the crew member your mobile phone number, and let them know you’d like to redeem some of your Red Royalty Dollars.

    • Can I receive points on Delivery orders?

      You can! If you’re ordering through our delivery website just sign in when you get to the check out, or by clicking on the button on the top left of the delivery screen.

      As soon as your payment comes through to the store your Red Royalty Dollars will pop into your account.

      Unfortunately you cannot receive points when ordering through menulog.

    • Can I redeem red royalty dollars on delivery orders?

      Yes, you can! If you’d like to use your Red Royalty Dollars to pay for part or all your delivery order, just sign in when making an order at order.redrooster.com.au as above.

      When you get to the checkout you’ll have the option to use your Red Royalty dollars on the order.

      If you have no Red Royalty dollars against your account you will not see the option to pay by Red Royalty Dollars.

      Unfortunately, Red Royalty is not available with menulog orders.

    • Can I redeem Red Royalty Vouchers on delivery orders?

      Unfortunately not yet. Any voucher you receive from Red Royalty can only be used by turning up to our restaurants. We are working on this feature though so watch this space.

    • How do the Red Royalty Vouchers work?

      As with the Red Royalty Dollars, your account must be registered and activated before you can redeem vouchers. The vouchers are automatically loaded onto your account, so all you need to do is present your physical card/app, or tell the crew member your mobile phone number, and let them know you would like to use your voucher.

      Unfortunately, right now Red Royalty vouchers, including the $5 Welcome Voucher and the Free Birthday Meal voucher, cannot be redeemed on delivery orders. We are working on building this feature, so watch this space.

      Aside from the $5 Welcome voucher and the Free Birthday Meal voucher, we also frequently send out special vouchers to our most valued members. As this is at our discretion, sometimes you may receive a special voucher while a friend does not, and vice versa. When you do receive a special voucher, you will be notified by email or SMS and the offer will appear against your account.

    • How does the $5 welcome voucher work?

      The $5 Welcome voucher is automatically added to your account when the account is activated (just click the link in your verification email. Lost your verification email? Get it resent HERE).  It will expire after 30 days. The voucher can be used on any purchase of $10 or more at participating Red Rooster stores. It must be used in one transaction only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

      At present you cannot use the Welcome Voucher for delivery orders. We are working on building this feature so watch this space.

    • How does the Free Birthday Meal voucher work?

      The Free Birthday Meal is automatically loaded onto your Red Royalty account at 1am on your birthday.  So make sure your account has been registered, activated and updated with your date of birth before your birthday in order to receive the voucher.  It lasts for 30 days before expiring.

      To redeem the voucher, you must present your physical card/app or tell your mobile phone number to the cashier and let them know you would like to use your Free Birthday Meal voucher. It is a good idea to bring photo ID with you to confirm your date of birth. As an anti-fraud measure some stores will ask to see ID before accepting the voucher.

      The Free Birthday Meal consists of a Classic Quarter (quarter roast chicken and chips) + 390ml drink

      The voucher cannot be applied to other meals and the parts of the meal cannot be swapped out for something else.

      At present, you cannot redeem the Free Birthday Meal on delivery orders. We are working on building this feature so watch this space.

    • I have registered and activated and received an email notifying me that I have a voucher, but the store says my card is not registered and has no voucher.

      Make sure you have added your card to your account.  If your card has not been added to your account, then it will show up as unregistered in store and will not have access to any of your vouchers.

    • Where can I see my vouchers?

      To check out your vouchers simply log in to your account at www.redroyalty.com.au and go to the BALANCE/REWARDS tab, or check out the “Vouchers” section of the mobile app.

    • I can't see my vouchers on the app or website

      If you can’t see your vouchers on the app or website, it could be because they have expired. The $5 Welcome and Birthday vouchers expire after 30 days, and all special vouchers have an expiration date which will be listed in the email notifying you of the voucher.

      Check the date your vouchers would have expired to see if this is what has happened.

    • How do I replace my lost/stolen card whilst keeping my registered account details and loyalty points?

      Simply login to the Red Royalty webpage  and click the Add Card tab. In this tab, you can enter in your new card’s details and any Red Royalty dollars will come across to your account. You can now use this card for all transactions with Red Rooster.

    • I have replaced my phone, how do I move my Red Royalty account onto my new phone?

      It’s easy! If you have been using the app and have replaced your phone, just download the Red Royalty app onto your new phone, and sign in using your email address and password. Your account, including all points and vouchers, will be there waiting for you.

      While every effort will be made to ensure that the full Loyalty Point balance for the Account is transferred to the new mobile App, Red Rooster will not be responsible for any Loyalty Points lost prior to the transfer (including but not limited to any redemptions that may have occurred while the previous phone was lost). The barcode is not exclusive to the App and should not be shared in the public domain (e.g. social media).

    • I have a card, but would also like to use the app

      If you don’t have a registered account yet, and would like to use your physical card and the app, simply follow the steps below:

      1. Visit redrooster.com.au/redroyalty and tap the “Create Account” button
      2. Create an account by entering your details, accepting the terms and conditions and verifying your email
      3. Login into your account at https://redroyalty.com.au/#/login
      4. Tap the “ADD CARD” tab
      5. Enter the Card Number and Access Code
      6. Tap “Submit” button

      Now that you have created an online account and added your physical card to it you need to download the smartphone app for your phone. Once its downloaded then simply login using the same credentials and your digital card will be in the app, ready to be scanned for each purchase.

    • I have already registered an account via the app but would also like to have a physical card attached to my account.

      It’s easy to add a card to your account, simply follow the steps below:

      1. Login into your account at https://redroyalty.com.au/#/login
      2. Tap the “ADD CARD” tab
      3. Enter the Card Number and Access Code
      4. Tap “Submit” button

      Your card will now be added to your account and any Red Royalty Dollars you have earned will now have transferred to your account. You can add as many physical cards to your account as you like. You can then continue to use the physical cards in restaurant and any Red Royalty dollars earned will be added to your account. Your card number for the online portal will remain as the digital card number and will not change to the card number you have added.

    • When I try to register an account, I receive an error saying that my mobile number or email address is already in use

      Each Red Royalty account must have a unique email address and phone number attached to it, so you cannot share one email address or phone number over several accounts. If you share an email address or phone number with another person, make sure it has not already been used to register their account. If not, you may have already registered your account, and just need to verify it. Check out the Verification help section below on how to verify your account.

    • I have registered my card, but it is coming up as unregistered when I scan it in store

      Make sure you have added your card to your account.  When you register an account with Red Royalty you are creating a digital account, for use with the app and with delivery orders on our website.  If your card has not been added to your account, then it will show up as unregistered in store and will not have access to any of your vouchers.

      To add your physical card to your account, all you need to do is log into your Red Royalty account on our website.  Then, go to the “Add Card” tab and enter the card number and access code.  This will link your physical card to your account.
