SPICED CHICKEN COUS COUS
Cooking Time: 5 - 10 mins | Serves: 2 People
A simple balance of sweet and savoury flavours of North Africa and a perfect shared side dish or a meal in itself.
STEP 1 Bring to boil water, turmeric, cinnamon.
STEP 2 Add in the couscous and sultanas in a large saucepan.
STEP 3 Stir and cover and let it stand for 5 minutes until all the water has bee absorbed and the grains can be separated by a fork.
STEP 4 Add the flaked almonds, a splash of olive oil and the shredded chicken.
STEP 5 Serve on a dish with Moroccan Spice Glaze on the side.
