CREAMY ROAST CHICKEN AND BASIL PESTO PASTA

Try this quick and easy gem of a dish today and spoil your family rotten.
• ¼ Red Rooster Roast Chicken, shredded
• 200g dried fettuccine
• 2 tablespoons basil pesto
• 1 cup cream
• Salt and pepper
• Fresh parsley to garnish
STEP 1 Cook up the fettuccine following the instructions on the packet.
STEP 2 Gently warm the chicken, basil pesto and cream in a frying pan on low heat.
STEP 3 Drain the pasta, pop in back into the pot. Add the pesto sauce and mix it up. Season the pasta with salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 4 Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
