    1. The Cardholder consents to the collection and use of the Cardholder Information in the manner and for the purposes as set out above, unless the Cardholder has ticked the appropriate box on the Enrolment Form in their online account.
    2. If a LifeClub member no longer wishes to receive emails or other communications from LifeClub, they are provided with the opportunity to ‘opt-out’. Links are provided in email communications to unsubscribe, alternatively a member can opt-out through their online account or email info@lifeclub.com.au. Please note it takes up to 10 business days to remove contact information from marketing communication lists, meaning the member may receive correspondence for a short time after the request. Some communications are considered transactional and are necessary for all LifeClub members. These include important account notifications, password reset requested by members and introduction emails. Members must cancel their LifeClub membership to unsubscribe completely from these communications.
