No seriously, we're sorry to hear that. No one should miss out on Australia's best Chicken and Chips. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over our delivery areas. Hopefully there's another way you can get a taste of the good stuff though, like visiting one of our stores in person?
Yup, our delivery menu us a little differect to our in restaurant menu. That's because there's a small cost that comes with delivery. We have to pay our delivery partners, who in turn pay their delivery drivers, who then have to pay for things like petrol and running costs of their vehicle. You can see how it adds up.
But rest assured, we keep delivery costs as low as we can, while you get the convenience of receiving freshly made-to-order tastiness straight to your door in next to no time. Not a bad trade off, really! Don't forget, for every order you place with Red Rooster, you earn Red Royalty dollars!
Just place your order on the Reds app or website and you tell the restaurant when to start cooking.
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Visa & MasterCards. You can also pay using your Red Royalty dollars!
Make sure you use the tell our restaurant that you've arrived by clicking the link in the email or SMS you receive after placing your order.
When you head to the restaurant, head to the pick up point inside and skip the queue.
Just head into our restaurant, and speak to a crew member. They should be able to help retrieve your order and get you your food!
If you placed a click & collect order and haven't told the restaurant to start cooking, just hit cancel in the app and you'll get a refund in approximately 3-5 days.
