    RED ROOSTER APP LAUNCH $10 GIFT PROMOTION

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with, and subject to the Red Rooster Red Royalty Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions found here https://www.redrooster.com.au/red-rooster-red-royalty-loyalty-program-terms-conditions/.

    2. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to participate. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

    3. The promotion opens on 26/11/19 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 19/12/19 or once 20,000 of the $10 Gifts have been issued, whichever is first (“Promotional Period”).

    4. To be eligible to receive the $10 Gift, individuals must complete the below steps during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Member”):
    • Download the Red Rooster Application (‘App’) for compatible smart phones and devices for the first time;
    • Join the Red Royalty Program via the app and follow the prompts to complete registration and become a verified member for the first time.

    Note: Existing members who cancel their account and reopen will be monitored and excluded from the promotion.

    5. Eligible Members will receive 10 Red Royalty Dollars in their Red Royalty account balance which may be used as per standard redemption to purchase Red Rooster Products online or in store at a participating Red Rooster restaurant (“$10 Gift”).

    6. The $10 Gift must be used within three (3) weeks of the date of issue and at the expiry of that period, all unused dollars will automatically expire.

    7. A person is only entitled to receive the $10 Gift once during the promotional period – if that person registers or re-registers as a Member at a later date they will not be entitled to another credit. Red Rooster will not accept any Member cancellations during the promotional period.

    8. All existing Red Rooster App users or Red Royalty members prior to the promotional period are not eligible to receive the $10 Gift.

    9. All eligible members that receive the $10 Gift during the promotional period will be excluded from the standard 5 Red Royalty Dollar Welcome Voucher.

    10. All eligible customers who commence the sign up process during the promotional period but do not complete enrolment and become a fully verified member until after the promotion end date, will revert to the 5 Red Royalty Dollar Welcome Voucher as the $10 Gift is no longer valid.

    11. Dollars are redeemed in online delivery by logging in to the Member account before or at ‘My Cart’ and specifying the quantity of Red Royalty Dollars wished to be redeemed before proceeding to Checkout and Payment.

    12. Dollars are redeemed in store by presenting a Card, App QR code or mobile number associated with a registered Account at the time of purchase and having the physical Card or virtual card scanned.

    13. Dollars balances are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash and are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Dollars accrued in multiple Accounts cannot be combined.
