1. Information on ‘how to enter’ and prizes form part of the conditions of entry. All entries must include a drawing as well as entrants name, age, full address and phone number to be eligible to enter.
2. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia except employees and immediate families of the Red Rooster, the Promoter, associated companies and agencies. The Promoter is Just Premiums Pty Ltd, Unit 9/8 Garden Road, Clayton, Victoria, 3168. 
3. The competition commences on 22nd March 2009 and closes on 2nd May 2009 at 5pm EST. The winners will be the entries selected by the judges at the promoter’s premises on 8th May 2009 at 11am. 
4. There will be two winners of the Major Prize.  1 winner will receive a Bob the Builder character appearance valued at $2,500 at their birthday party and 1 winner will receive an Angelina Ballerina character appearance   valued at $1,200  (character dependant on their entry drawing); party accessories for 20 people valued at $200 each and a Red Rooster catering voucher valued at $200 each. 
5. One hundred winners of the Secondary Prize will each receive a copy of either a Bob the Builder DVD valued at R.R.P $19.95 each (50 to giveaway) or Angelina Ballerina DVD valued at R.R.P $14.95 each (50 of each to giveaway).
6. Total prize pool is valued up to $5,497.50 as at 10/1/2009. The major prize is valued up to $4,500.00.  The secondary prize is valued at $997.50. 
7. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. Chance plays no part in determining the winner/s. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. 
8. The winner/s will be notified by phone and the names of the winners will be published in The Australian on 20th May 2009.
9. The Major Prize must be taken within 12 months of the drawing date.
10. No extension of the validity date of the Major Prize will be permitted.
11. Notice of intent to hold birthday party must be received at least 14 days prior to proposed party date to ensure character appearances can be available. 
12. The Major Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking.
13. The character appearance will be for a duration of 2 hours total (2x30min on, with 2x30min breaks). Each character will be accompanied by a support person.  It is permitted to take photographs with the characters.  Pls note characters do not talk. 
14. The Red Rooster Catering Voucher is not redeemable for cash.
15. The Red Rooster Catering Voucher must all be redeemed in one transaction.  No subsequent vouchers or change will be given.  
16. The Red Rooster Catering Voucher cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offer available in-store at the time of purchase.  The vouchers can only be redeemed based on full-price menu board items and no further discounts apply.
17. The final Red Rooster Catering order and closest store location must be finalised by the winner/s at least 10 days prior to proposed party date. 
18. The Red Rooster Catering Voucher will be provided in the form of a letter provided by Red Rooster Marketing Department.
19. Collection / pick-up of Red Rooster Catering order will be the sole responsibility of the winner/s from their closest and agreed store.
20. No colour or style choice is available with respect to any aspect of the prizes.
21. Secondary Prize Winner’s prizes will be delivered within 28 days from the prize draw date. 
22. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion and to publicize the details of the winner. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.  To gain access to this information contact the Promoter’s Privacy Officer.
23. Any change in value of the prize occurring between the published date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
24. The major prizes and secondary prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
25. All components of the Major Prize must be taken together by the Prize Winner/s.
26. If the Major Prize winner is under 18 years of age the prize may, at the absolute discretion of the Promoter, be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
27. The promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
