Since 1984, Red Rooster has supported the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) by collecting donations from the public. MDA has collection boxes on the counter tops of every Red Rooster store. The donations collected from the boxes have provided financial support to many of the MDA Quality of Life Programs; in particular the 'Camp MDA' program. This program provides 12,000 hours of unfunded respite to families affected by Muscular Dystrophy.
